These 45-minute sessions will provide participants invaluable tools and strategies for emotional resilience and well-being. Led by Racheal in engaging online one-to-one or small group sessions, these purposeful activities and discussions are crafted to equip participants with practical approaches to navigating daily social and emotional challenges. The sessions focus on enhancing resilience skills, self-esteem, and confidence through a Strengths-Based and Solution-Focused methodology. Key Highlights: Tailored Content: Topics covered include Friendships, Managing Emotions, Gratitude, Reframing Negative or Anxious Thinking, and more – all customized to address the unique needs of participants. Racheal Wallis, a Registered Social Worker (NZSWRB) and facilitator, brings a wealth of experience working with young people and families across diverse settings in New Zealand, London, and Los Angeles. Practical Tools: Participants receive useful tools and strategies to manage social and emotional well-being effectively.
